Right of withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal, which all customers have when concluding a distance contract and which states that the contract can be withdrawn or terminated within 14 days of receipt of the products without giving reasons or additional costs, does not apply to custom-made or personalized goods.
Some of the products ordered from DESIGNAND3DPRINTING are manufactured individually for the customer. Due to this bespoke nature, personalized items cannot be returned.
